Dune Asset Management - Asset-Backed Income Fund's investment objective is to seek attractive returns by capitalising on the growth of data centers.
The fund will invest in Data Center Infrastructure Construction and Energy Contracts in energy efficient countries.
The fund proactively buys long term energy contracts that are trading below their intrinsic value, then resells them in the secondary market in tranches.
We only invest in energy contracts from state-owned and privately owned enterprises that pass our rigorous due diligent procedures.
The fund also invests in Data Center Infrastructure, crucial assets that support sustainable development in cloud servies, leasing them to companies at a premium to produce excellent returns for our investor.
In the coming years, both the demand for data storage and the usage of cloud services will surge owing to the fast acceleration
of cloud computing and the continuing digital revolution.
